subscribe and save

I’ve ordered with you before, does that mean my order is discounted?

Sadly not – subscriptions work independently of regular orders. Visit https://www.teapigs.co.uk/collections/subscribe-and-save to start saving!

how do I change my subscription’s contents or frequency?

You can review your subscription by visiting www.teapigs.co.uk/account and clicking "subscriptions" and then "Edit" next to the tea you would like to amend. From here, you’ll be able to add and remove teas, as well as change the frequency of the orders and swap your tea for another blend. If you want to change the frequency of your entire order, you'll need to change this on each tea.

what can’t I add to my subscription?

Teaware can’t be added to the subscribe & save, and unfortunately neither can limited edition blends because they’re just too, well, limited!

how do I know when my next subscription’s due, and how can I change it?

You can review your subscription by visiting www.teapigs.co.uk/account and clicking "subscriptions". There you’ll see a date line, which you can click to change if necessary. If you want to change the frequency of your entire order, you'll need to change this on each tea by clicking "edit" on each.

how do I cancel my subscription?

You can review your subscription by visiting www.teapigs.co.uk/account and clicking "subscriptions". To cancel your subscriptions, click "edit" next to the blend you would like to cancel and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "cancel".

how do I restart a cancelled subscription?

Your subscription is divided into two sections: Active and Inactive. Your cancelled subscription teas will be in the Inactive section – if you would like to restart any of these teas just select “Re-activate” and you will be able to pick up right where you left off.

will I receive additional charges if I have a subscription and live outside of the UK?

As many of you know, we paused our EU shipping for a fair few months over the past year - we're happy to say that things are slowly starting to get back up and running. Unfortunately, due to the UK leaving the EU there is a chance depending on which country you live in that you might receive additional customs charges upon the arrival of your order. These charges are out of our control.
