I made a mistake – can I edit or cancel my order?
Accidents happen! If you need to edit or cancel your order contact our customer services on 0203 141 8495 or from our contact page. We aren’t able to amend this over weekends, so it’s best to give us a call Monday morning to make sure we don’t ship your order before you’re ready.
why hasn't my discount code worked?
There’s a few things to check. Firstly, our site can only accept one discount code at a time – so if you’re lucky enough to have more than one make sure you pick well to get the best deal! Secondly, make sure you double check the t&cs of each code, as not everything is included in all codes, and some codes are single use only. Please note customers details will be checked against the current customer database during checkout, and any invalid codes will be removed. If your code still isn’t working, you can get in touch from our contact page or call us on 0203 141 8495.
how long will I have to wait for my order?
Once you have placed your order, we'll aim to process it within 2 working days. If you choose our next working day service with Parcel Force before 11am, your teas will be delivered the next working day. If you choose Royal Mail 48-hour or Royal Mail 48-hour tracked then the vast majority of deliveries are made within 3 days of dispatch, but on the odd occasion they may take longer. We can make good tea but unfortunately we can’t solve all the problems of the postal service. Check out our delivery page for more info.
which couriers do you use?
Our standard UK shipping is with Royal Mail, we offer a 48-hour tracked service, which is a 2-6 working day service. You can also make use of our APC next working day service if you place your order before 10am, please check your postcode carefully for full details. International orders are sent via Royal Mail. In some cases, we may need to get in touch with an international courier quote for you if your order is too heavy or large for Royal Mail to transport for us. Usually you'll receive a UK order (no matter the method you choose) within 5 working days. International orders usually arrive within 10 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for UK orders, and 15 working days for international orders before getting in touch though, as we can't take any action until after that period of time! Some orders just take a little bit longer.
