how to cancel your subscription

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. 1. Log into your account
  2. 2. Click on the "Subscriptions" tab
    3. Subscriptions tab highlighted
  3. 3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions"
    4. Manage Subscriptions screen
  4. 4. Here you'll see your active subscriptions listed. Click "Manage this Subscription" on the item you want to amend.
  5. 5. Select "Cancel Subscription" to cancel this item. You'll need to cancel each individual item on your subscription.
