Keep it simple: Our website can only accept one code per order, so if you're lucky enough to have more than one code, you'll need to choose the best one for your order.

Terms & Conditions: Be sure to check the T&C's of the code as often not everything on the website is included in the promotion. Typically our promotions can only be used on packs of tea, not on gift sets, bundles, bulk buys, subscriptions etc. Sometimes codes are limited to new customers, or can only be used once.

Invalid codes: If for any reason the code is invalid (this could be due to date expiry, previous use etc) the code will be automatically removed from your order when your details are checked against our database during checkout.

Discount code websites: If you found the code on a discount code website, there's a very high chance it isn't real. We don't post discount codes on any of these websites, nor do we moderate them.
