chamomile tea

I had read the benefits of drinking Chamomile tea and to be honest I was a bit sceptical about the whole thing. But now that I've been drinking Teapigs Chamomile tea my opinion has changed, don't compare it with high street brands this is the real deal, I drink it before bedtime and I sleep like a log. Just pop that spacious tea bag in a cup then add the water, nothing else. I find it's gentle on my stomach and leaves a almost cleansing feeling after drinking it. I've got most of my family and friends drinking it now.
I just wish they'd buy their own lol.

I went cold turkey on black tea nearly 3 years ago. Start my morning with a cheep Camille shop bought teabag, then coffee, until lunch, then turmeric tea followed by the rest of the afternoon with white tea and elderflower but my highlight is my tasty treat, tea pigs loose Camille tea after dinner, the rest of the evening, such a treat and a lovely way to wind down!

I started drinking chamomile tea when I started to go through the menopause and found going to sleep problematic. My memories of chamomile tea always made me think of farmyards. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the taste of Tea Pigs Chamomile was.
It is now part of my nighttime ritual, and I even take them with me when I go abroad

Superb quality teabags, they have ruined me for any other brand. The Peppermint tea is divine, the fruit teas scrumptious and the Chamomile helps me sleep. Love them so much I have set up a subscription. Looking forward to trying other flavours. Highly recommend.
