Pop the tab open, close your eyes & take a deep breath in.Tropical fruity scents meets soft fizzing sounds - you'd almost believe this little can could to actually teleport you to far-away, beachside tropics….not just your tastebuds!
We brewed Rwandan black tea and Mao Feng green tea.
Then we added sugar and cool to room temperature.
We then removed the tea and added a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast)
We then leave it to ferment for 4 weeks in a warm place.
