Our friends over at Sipsmith have come up with a fab new recipe idea, using teapigs tea! Make the most of these last summer days with a nice fruity tipple:


40ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin

25ml teapigs Superfruit Tea syrup*

2 lemon wedges

2 orange wedges

1 grapefruit wedge


 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Squeeze orange and lemon wedges into it. Squeeze grapefruit wedge and drop it into the shaker. Add gin and syrup. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

 *teapigs Superfruit Tea syrup. Combine 500ml water and 500g sugar in a saucepan. Simmer and stir just until sugar is dissolved. Add 3-4 teabags. Let rest until room temperature (about 30 minutes). Remove teabags. Bottle and refrigerate for use.
