This entry level role has loads of opportunity for progression, if you’re looking to find your feet in a fast-growing foodie business this is the ideal role for you. You’ll learn loads about all areas of the business and you’ll need to be keen to pitch in everywhere to help get stuff done. 

In this role you will be at the frontline of teapigs, taking orders and customer service queries from all of our trade accounts, lovely little cafés to glamourous Selfridges – you’ll need to be ready for a chat at all times! 

Your main responsibility day-to-day will be processing our trade orders. You’ll need to be organised and enthusiastic as we have 100’s of trade customers who like their tea to arrive in perfect condition (who doesn’t?!) and it’s your job to make sure that happens. 

Sometimes things do go wrong and you’ll be the friendly voice on the end of the phone to get everything put right.

We’re not “sell sell sell” but some sales experience is desired as you’ll be expected to help out in all areas of the out of home team, from packing samples and staffing trade shows to giving our accounts a call to see how they are getting on and recommending them some new teas.

Christmas Packing Room Assistant 

(part time temporary contract)

We're looking for an enthusiastic jack of all trades to help with the busy Christmas period in our Brentford warehouse. 

You’ll be looking after all incoming deliveries, stock rotation and replenishment, as well as looking after general warehouse tasks from giving the place a good sweep to bagging up orders ready for the postie to collect. You will also be required to help with packing our online orders as and when all hands are required on deck. 

Packing or general warehouse experience is desired but not essential 

You must be able to carry out physical work, including some heavy lifting 

Flexibility is a must – your key working hours are detailed below, but you may be required to work additional hours
