Job role: People Person

We are looking for an enthusiastic people manager to join our small & super friendly team in Brentford – TW8

Responsibilities of the role will include:

Helping the co-founders and managers with every element of recruitment, organisation structure, employee benefits, personal development plans, training, etc. for a highly motivated, young, ambitious team of over 30 tea drinkers in West London.

The ideal person for this role will need:

  • Great people skills - Lots of energy, pace and humour.
  • Super communication skills.
  • Very (very!) organised.
  • Ability to make clear, concise recommendations and be able to implement them.
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and be able to help progress and grow the team to be able to excel in all areas.

Flexible working hours. 
(Minimum 15 hours per week)

Salary dependent on experience.
