I bought two new jars and have two old ones. The labels on the old jars were positioned above the TeaPigs logo. The labels on the new jars are not positioned above the TeaPigs logo. I am displaying these jars openly on my shelf, and the difference is noticeable. Not happy.
I contacted TeaPigs through the online form three days ago and have yet received a reply on if this is a quality control issue, and if I can have an exchange/return.
I am very disappointed in their QA and customer service. I have given them quite a lot of business through subscriptions and one off purchases. Expecting at least a reply from customer service.
I am writing this review for those who have the old jars looking to buy additional ones for display. You might have to buy additional labels separately if you encounter the same issue.
