tea temple - 1 per person. Infuse in boiling water. Brew for 3+ minutes.
loose tea - 2 rounded teaspoonfuls per person. Brew for 3+ minutes.
Whole leaves take longer to brew, but the little wait is definitely worth it.

I have been purchasing Mao Feng for years and have always kept the tea bags in the cardboard boxes but the plastic bags kept splitting therefore I was worried about the tea bags freshness. I decided to "splash out" and treat myself to a glass container. When you open the lid the smell is divine, even my husband commented on it. Now I know that they are fresh.
I have been using tespigs for a long time. Will definitely use this site in the future for my purchases. Great range, unbelievable value particularly compared to buying from supermarkets and fast delivery. Wish I had found them years ago.
I only drink earl grey tea and had plenty over the years.This one is the best my advise if you love earl grey get this.
I am keen to cut down on waste so have decided to only drink loose tea. These tea leaves are bigger, no dust and taste lovely. I did a bulk buy to reduce carbon footprint. The customer service was helpful and so easy to deal with. So, right now , I am very happy.

I have been drinking loose leaf earl grey strong from tea pigs for years! Can't find anything like it anywhere else! It's the best.
The flavour of the earl grey strong is incredible. I make it by boiling the kettle, then let it brew for 2 minutes, before adding a splash of milk. I then leave the teabag in the cup! I love the strong flavour and scent that's not too floral, just the perfect amount. If I was asked to go on off menu podcast, earl grey strong teapig would be my drink of choice. Infact I'd have chocolate flake and everyday brew on there too. However Earl Grey Strong is my number 1.
