I heard peppermint tea was really good for those with PCOS. My Mum gave me a free teabag she got from a hotel and now I'm hooked! Tastes amazing, has helped me cut down on caffeine and helps me balance and feel better.

I ordered 3 sachets of loose tea, chai, peppermint and green tea. The one I like the best is the chai. I usually add milk and a little honey to a cup of chai. I added milk and tasted the drink and found there was no need to add honey. I guess the vanilla adds just enough sweetness. Very nice, glad I got this tea.
