Louise the tea taster says

how does it taste?

With water - like a super-power green tea brew.

With juice/milk - a hint of delicate green tea flavour.

good if you're feeling

Blobby and slobby - this super-power brew is the answer to all muffin-top, couch potato-related concerns.

How we like it

Every day - a shot a day is better than an apple a keeping the doc at bay.

Brew Time

Our way - the teapigs shot. All you need is 1g (appox 1/2 teaspoon) of matcha and appox 30ml water/juice/milk. Put the matcha in a glass, cover with liquid, whisk or stir rapidly. Knock it back - we use a hand held electric whisk which comes as part of our modern matcha kit.

Eliminate the afternoon slump

* * * * * by Margaret • 21st May 2016

“Matcha green tea has helped me avoid the afternoon slump. I had tried other remedies, I have a good diet and take plenty of exercise and water, always take a walk at lunch time, but still struggled with concentration in the afternoon. I now have matcha with my porridge and it has made a huge difference. It's only long boring meetings that are a problem now! I would definitely recommend it to increase concentration without any negative side effects.”

“I have ME/chronic fatigue syndrome & have matcha every day for the antioxidant benefits. It does help as a boost, be that physical or mental. I take it either straight or mix it into a raw cacao hot drink made with coconut milk - it's delicious.!”
