Warming with a welcome bit of spice

* * * * * by Bethany Wagge • 29th November 2017

“A drink that delivers warmth with a slight kick afterwards. This is the first herbal tea other than peppermint tea (which I adore) that I have properly enjoyed and I very much look forward to a cup of spiced pear tea alongside a mince pie in the afternoon!”

Soothing Tea full of flavour

“On a cold winter's day this tea is a wonderful treat. The temples smell amazing and the tea tastes delicious. Would definately recommend this tea.”

Didn't enjoy

* * * - - by Danny Collins • 4th January 2019

“I found these tea bags far too spicy infact a hell of a lot hotter than my chilli chai tea bags i always get by far a lot stronger couldn't taste any pear unfortunately just heat so wasn't appealing to me which was a let down as sounded lovely. I would mind a bit of this heat in the chai chilli tea, but really all that comes through on these is spice not much fruit flavour at all.”

Too much clove

* * * - - by Samantha Shelley • 12th January 2019

“Another fruit infusion that is too heavy on the spice and not enough on the fruit. Couldn't really taste the pear and the cloves were far too strong for my liking.”
