what's special about this tea?
Think ginger beer fizz meets the goodness of booch. This little can gives you the citrus & spice kick you've been daydreaming about while keeping 100% natural - no artificial flavours or sweeteners.
We brewed Rwandan black tea and Mao Feng green tea.
Then we added sugar and cooled to room temperature.
Next we removed the tea and added a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast).
Finally we left it to ferment for 4 weeks in a warm place.
