are you still shipping orders?

Yes! The office team are now working from home, but we’ve got a brilliant, small team in our warehouse who are shipping orders to make sure you get your tea!

what measures are in place to keep your staff safe and well?

The whole office is now working from home - although it’s a bit strange, we’re slowly getting used to it! We have regular video calls with the whole team to make sure everyone is doing okay, and also virtual tea rounds!

We have a small team in our warehouse who are still working to make sure your orders are shipping on time. They are working at least two metres apart from each other, and are also wearing masks and gloves. Each team member also has a social distancing considerate commute, whether it be cycling, walking or driving. We’ve also organised private transport or hire cars for the team where walking or cycling isn’t an option. 

I haven’t received my order yet, where is it?  

Sorry if your tea hasn’t arrived yet! Our national postal service is experiencing severe delays at the moment due to a reduced workforce and a surge of parcels. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of shipping, pop us an email at info@teapigs.co.uk. We’re shipping all parcels within our 2 working day promise, so please bear with Royal Mail.

what about international parcels? Are you still shipping overseas?

Yes! We are still shipping to our international customers too. However, each country has their own delays too due to reduced air travel and workforce and increased time spent going through customs. This guide shows the latest updates on the current situation for each country.

how can I return my order?

We are still accepting returns back, and you can return your order at any time. We’re aware that some post offices are either closed or have reduced open hours, so there’s no rush.

As long as your tea is unopened or your teaware is unused, you can return them using our free-post returns form. We’ll then issue a refund when it arrives back at our warehouse.

Like everyone else on the planet, we’ve been trying our best to give back to the wonderful people working on the front line, and have spent the past month getting tea into the hands of key workers. That’s why we’ve set up a ‘nominate a hero’ form, where you can nominate a key worker, or team, to receive a case of tea.
