Fennel has an anise like aroma and is used widely around the world for both culinary and health purposes. Importantly to us it tastes yummy and is particularly delicious with its partner in crime - liquorice. A naturally caffeine free, sweet and savoury, aromatic tea.

“Really pleased with the taste of this tea. Although much more expensive than other similar teas it is worth it as you can defo taste the difference!”

Intriguing, different and wonderful

“It's an intriguing and bold flavour combination - probably more fennel/ aniseed than licorice, but the peppermint and licorice flavour will be more of a favourite for most who like licorice anyway. It is a bold interesting flavour, meets the description and therefore deserves 5* all the way.”

Heaven!

“Never tasted anything quite so divine! The taste lingers with you for ages after. I think I could get addicted to this. Why is there no 50 pack available??”

“I am a liquorice lover and this tea is just perfect. I like the peppermint-liquorice tea as well, but I find that it is a little too sweet some times. I loved that this one was more savory. Yum!”

“They have stopped selling Fennel & Liquorice in Waitrose and I font know why. It's my favourite along with Sweet Ginger. Please consider packs of 50 as I send it overseas to my sister in Australia”

“I've always loved fennel seeds in cooking so I was pleased to see them in the bag although I was unsure they would infuse enough flavour into the drink. In the end you do get a reasonable fennel flavour, perhaps there is some dried fennel root in there too? The ingredients are enigmatic in that regard. However, I liked it, the liquorice is subtle and comes along after the fennel aroma accompanied by a little sweetness. Really tasty, not my favourite but I will get some to have on days I don't fancy the other ones.”
