We're hiring

customer service champ!

The notion of buying tea online is still pretty odd to some, however not to Reece, Rachel and Leonie - our awesome E-commerce team! • Identify points for improving the customer journey and work with Reece to implement changes.

 Web Assistant responsibilities:

  • Making sure our websites look great at all times – we like to think of them as a shop window.

  • Creating short notice email campaigns outside of our bigger month long campaigns.
  • Assisting the E-commerce team with Amazon product setup, page edits and other maintenance tasks.
  • Setting up discount codes and reporting on their successes.
  • Covering for the E-commerce team in Reece / Rachel’s absence to make sure emails still get setup and sent and the website content is scheduled correctly.
