Clean, crisp & fizzy - this original kombucha is for all you purist fans out there.

We brewed Rwandan black tea and Mao Feng green tea.

Then we added sugar and cooled to room temperature.

Next we removed the tea and added a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast).

Finally we left it to ferment for 4 weeks in a warm place.
