At teapigs we often find ourselves reaching for the biscuit tin to go with the 3 o’clock tea round, so when Simon from the Lunch Box Diet (and health & fitness expert to Marie Claire, Women's Fitness, BBC) got in touch we thought it would be a great idea to try something refreshing and healthy for a change.
