We’ve long believed that stopping and taking time to make and drink a cup of tea has magical powers – it gets us away from our desk during the day, helps soothe frayed nerves during a crisis and the simple act of just standing and waiting for the kettle to boil to allows our minds to quieten down a bit.

Wellness and meditation expert Andy from Headspace has put together for us a simple meditation sequence that anyone can do whilst making tea. We’ve been putting this into practise over the last few weeks and it doesn’t half work!
