a new home for Nailah

Us teapigs are big animal lovers (apart from Sofia who prefers to keep her distance from Harvey!) and this weekend I (teapig Hannah) adopted a cat from Battersea Dogs and Cats home.  Renamed Nailah (pronounced 'Ni - La') she's a loving one year old girl with a very cheeky personality and big pointy ears!  I picked her up on Sunday afternoon and after a few hours of hiding away in the corner of the dining room she is now roaming around the house like she's been there for years!  If you're thinking about gettting a dog or cat then I would really recommend going to Battersea Dogs and Cats Home first and having a look.  There's hundreds of loving animals that need a good home and the charity depends on nice people rehoming cats and dogs so they can continue to care for strays.  I'm very pleased to have done it, and even after 3 days, I can tell Nailah is going to be a friend for life and a great addition to my home!
