Louise the tea taster says
Whilst haggling in the souks of Morocco, we discovered tea with mint and sugar - lots of sugar - as the Moroccans love their tea sweet - very, very sweet. In part this is because they use Gunpowder Green, a tea that can, at times, be so harsh that it needs sugar to remove the astringency. After much trial and error, we opted for a green tea called chunmee, or Precious Eyebrows, which is a more delicate tea. Better to change the base tea than your teeth, we reckoned.
How does it taste?
A delicate green tea with a punchy mint taste.
Good if you're feeling
rough on the inside and even worse on the outside; green tea and mint are a great cure-all.
